Stopped by and went in this morning. Food and customer service was EXCELLENT!! don't remember the nice young lady that took our order but she was AMAZING!! we need more people in customer service like this everywhere 👏

I worked for this place when I was high school and we pride ourselves on fast service. That was over 10 years ago and since then the service time has only gotten worse by the year. No matter what you order you will be in the drive thru line for nearly half and hour. Unacceptable. How do you fix this?

Nothing like asking for hot food and extra onions and not getting it. I even told them I was willing to wait for hot food. Everything was barely lukewarm.

The only thing that was hot was my fries m onion ring. Ordered 3whopper meals w/sprite and 2orders of the 1.49 nuggets. The food was trash, the so called sprite was trash also. I think they already know the sprite was trash because I received them last after sitting in the window for 10 mins.

Drive through just a little slow but usually the food is pretty fresh when you get it

This is the best burger King in mobile as far as the food. They do a great job

Burgers here will always be my choice. The meat tastes like meat, and you can taste the grill!!! That's how I like it. Most of the time the people here will take care of you good. Only a few bad apples here and the short manager there actually gets on her people when they slip.

Clean and friendly service. Asked for no lettuce but it came with lettuce. But over all it's a good place.
