Had a craving for pizza. Ordered online. Easy pick up. Hadn't eaten a pizza in years. It tasted ok.

I ordered online and picked up my pizza. Hot and fresh. The only negative is that they no longer offer the parmesan cheese packets as the pepper flakes free of charge. You have to pay for them. They come in a small individualized bottles. I ordered from the old shell rd. Location

They has a mix up with my order BUT due to their kindness and eagerness to make things right... They gave us one of the BEST PIZZA HUT 🍕🍕 experiences we EVER HAD!!! When we are back in Alabama we will get OUR PIZZA from them!!!😄👍🏿

Have staff that accurately tells how long it will take for the order. I was told 35-45 minutes and the order took almost an hour and a half. The tracker said it took 50 minutes between when I ordered to when my order started being prepared. Not a great experience.

I called in an order of 10 large pizzas, all double cut, for my son’s birthday party. Chandra Taylor answered the phone and was simply amazing!! Not only did she get the order 100% correct, she called when it was ready for pick up, and helped my husband carry all of the boxes to his truck. All of the adult guests raved about how good the pizzas were and how they had forgotten how good Pizza Hut could be! Chandra, you went above and beyond, making my son’s party a total hit!! Thank you so much!!!!

Definitely not worth 17 bucks. I got the "pepperoni lover's" with 50% *less* pepperoni than little Caesars or Dominos. Not even a table to dine in...
Other pizzerias will give you the same product for less than half the price

Ordered online, went to pick up my order and when I pulled up to the window one of the guys inside was grabbing himself inappropriately. Needless to say they gave me a refund as I refused my order.
