Wendy's

It took 9 minutes to order food in the drive thru and there were only 2 cars in front me. Another 10 minutes before I got to the window to pay and then they told me my food still wasn't ready. No special orders, chicken nuggets, french fries and salads. Total time to get food 28 minutes. To top it all off, the food wasn't right. The salads are missing bacon and avocado. The fries and chicken on the salad are overdone

Took way too long to get my food went through the drive-through completely unprofessional. The extra items that I paid for they were very reluctant to even give them to me when I let them know that they were missing while I sat in the drive-through. In all honesty the whole staff needs to be fired and replaced there was no sense of urgency when I came to preparing the food I literally sat in the drive-through for almost 45 minutes before I could even place my order and there was only six cars.

I have always loved the spicy chicken sandwich at Wendy's. In the past, the sandwich consisted of a nice thick chicken breast that was very tender, juicy and flavorful. It was dressed with a nice layer of lettuce, mayo and tomatoes. I would always order it with a baked potato with butter and sour cream. Tonight I was very disappointed. The chicken breast was very thin and stringy. There was very little lettuce, mayonaise, and tomato dressing the sandwich. The potato was very good, except for the fact that you now get that imitation "Country Crock" instead of the Wendy's Buttery spread that was very flavorful. I was very disappointed.

For the last year or so, 90% of the time I go thru the drive-thru it is backed up. It almost always takes 15-25 mins to get your food. The only time you might get it in under 10 mins is if you go super early for breakfast. Baconator fries are ALWAYS old and cold. Idk how they can sell fries that old. Its like they think putting the cheese and bacon on top will make it ok.

I personally believe this is an example of why fast food should be automated. The customer service is always just absolutely abysmal. They just dont care about anything and its just miserable every time i visit. Like i just dont understand how the whole staff can just be that terrible and the company still be even remotely successful
