Hungry Howie's

Stopped in to get a couple combination subs. When I gotto the restaurant there were a couple of people in front of me. When the customer in front of me tried to run his card through the reader the system crashed. It was almost 10 minutes before they opened the 2nd register and processed the payment. When I got to the register they processed my payment pretty quickly and handed me the food. I had asked that lettuce and fixings be included with one of the orders. I was lucky I stopped and checked before I left because the lettuce and fixings were not with either of the sandwiches. I had to go back to the counter and get the lettuce n fixings. Also when I made the order I asked that sesame seeds be included on the crust. They were not put on the sandwich as asked. The food was hot when I got home and it tasted ok and that was the reason I didn't leave a 1 star rating

I had an issue of my pizza not being delivered with my order I spoke with a manager she was very apologetic and sincere. All the food couldn't have been better. I've been ordering from here for over a year and I can say on 12/17/20 whoever was on the oven that night deserves recognition! Food was excellent and hot so thanks to the delivery driver as well. I only wish I had taken a picture of the food. It was truly as good as it looked!
