This place is absolutely disgusting. Their drink machines are infested with fruit flies and my stomach hurts so bad every single time I eat there. I wonder why? Because their food is not fresh and they don’t sanitize anything , they don’t clean the tables it’s just filthy. But the main issue is the flies they come out of the drink machine when you go to pour a drink! Do not eat there. The one on airport and snow is AMAZING. And I will from now on be going over there even though it’s out of my way. But it’s so worth it.

Great place I had a Italian BMT, my husband had the Oven roasted chicken breast they were both great. But more importantly I watched the young lady prepare the sandwiches and before she started she changed her gloves. That to me is a very big deal.

Wow... the short old man at night with grey hair really HATES his job, and it shows. He had a miserable attitude which made it very uncomfortable standing in line. Then I asked "Do you have any soup?" and he verbatim says "I have no idea." I was waiting for a followup to that but nothing! So I said "well um, who would know then?" Then he told me he's pretty sure the soup is frozen. Sweet baby Jesus, this guy is either going through something or he needs to find a new job. The little Asian lady is always nice. I guess your service just depends on who is working. 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️

This subway is near my work so I try to go often because it is a healthier option to other fast food places. Every time I go, the staff acts like I'm an inconvenience. Today I went 30 minutes after open and the doors were locked. An employee saw me and ignored me. I called to ask if the store hours were different than the sign and they ignored my call. I'm tried of the incompetence so I guess I'll bring my lunch from now on.
