This a fast food joint and I rarely or don't post anything about them. Food was good. I'm more impressed with the southern hospitality and the welcoming smile /service. Greeted by Chris( I think she's the manager) with an welcoming smiles that I had to reciprocate it back 😀. Then, the young man that cooked the food brought it to my table with much respect and politeness.(normally this done by other places but, it's almost like they toss the tray at you.) . I really enjoyed and appreciate when this provided to the consumer. Thank you for the service... 🙏

More than just a fast food joint, The Captain serves good food hot and fresh with a smile. The salmon dinner is delicious served on a bed of rice, two hot sides and a drink. I've become a frequent diner. After a rain, the entrance to the parking lot stays flooded and like all restaurants, they are experiencing staffing issues.

Customer service at the drive thru window was excellent, but the food was not. I ordered grilled white fish and shrimp. The fish was a bit undercooked for my liking, and the shrimp was waaaay too salty. Other than the food not being too good, I was pleasantly surprised at the warm customer service that I received. The lady that took my order was extremely patient, helpful and nice. Once I got to the window, I continued to receive great service and attention, as there was a wait for fresh food. There was also a really nice young gentleman that asked if I needed any condiments and handed me my food. You all may not have gotten the food just right, but I definitely left there feeling better. There is nothing like great customer service. Thank you! 😊

This was my first time ever at Captain D’s I got the batter dipped fish and it didn’t even taste like fish or smell like fish. I went back up there to get it exchange out for chicken tenders due do the fact of it being nasty. The manager said I could not exchange it for chicken tenders that I would have to buy it. That’s not good customer service my fish was nasty and she acted like her giving me chicken tenders was gone cost her whole check or something.
