I stopped going to Hooters in probably the late 2000’s because it seemed the whole restaurant chain had fallen into disrepair. Only reason I went here is because my car broke down on the interstate and it was right off the exit I was at. Fantastic! Very NICE friendly wait staff, food was excellent. Will be back on my next business trip to Mobile for sure.

I wont ever be back to another Hooters again. Y'all seriously gonna charge me not one but two covid 19 fees on my one ticket. No wonder my last five bills for 30 wings and two beers were over $70. I know, I know, shouldve look at my bill better before now. That's ok, yall wont ever be f×÷%ing me over again. I will definitely be headed back to Voodoo Wings near South Alabama again. Why did i leave there, I dont know.

Always Always double check your receipt after you pay! My server brought my receipt for $17 gave her my card and after I paid and was writing a tip I noticed I was charged for $500! I was with a party. They ended running my card for the whole party by mistake. $500+ charge on my card. Luckily my bank was able to get it fixed and luckily had savings to compensate for the time it took for them correct the problem . The manger never followed back with after I called and left messages for a call back. Never even apologized for the inconvenience they caused. The least that could have been done was a apology. And made a a lot of false promises for my inconvenience. Said they would reimburse me for my actual meal and provide a free meal. And they still had the audacity to run my card after charging that amounts. No one never followed up ever. Luckily I am very responsible with my money but that could have put someone into a really really bad situation and they did NOT care one bit. I would recommend not coming to this location. And if you do make sure you don’t leave without checking your receipts. You can fine better wings, beer, drinks and service just about anywhere but here. I honestly should have reported this corporate but from my experience they just seem not care if they cause an inconvenience for you.

Terrible service would be kind. In fact no service at all. After 15 minutes we ask about when a server would get a minute. Another 15min nothing. Not even a word walking out the door. The thing is they were not even busy. Like less than half with 10+ servers. Bur the BBQ place down the street is great 👍
