Wendy's

I visited the restaurant at around 3:30 p.m. They're point of sale machines were down so was told cash only for this trip, not a problem. I've come to the conclusion, if anything about your experience or purchase is questionable or makes you uneasy, it is okay to let that business know. I've given multiple businesses pass after pass, considering maybe there are some staffing issues or maybe some new hires, but they, the business, can't always use that as the reason service or quality declines. My order was $20.38 for two nuggets meals and a strawberry frosty. I felt my money was wasted. I chose this restaurant and location based on requests of children and where we were headed. I was asked to pull forward and wait for a few minutes, only to receive partially burned nuggets. The kids ate what they could and tossed the rest. What was tossed was the equivalent to another 10 piece nugget. Very disappointing.The fries were okay and the strawberry frosty was just alright but the nuggets were supposed to be the star of the meal and it was a major fail.

5.9.22: I'm just leaving the restaurant. Walked into a fairly empty restaurant and ordered a single combo. Waited 10 minutes and saw several other orders in front of mine and finally decided I just need to get a refund and leave. Looks like they are short staffed. They did give me a refund but there was no apology at any level or not even talking to me. The lady came back and handed me my money and didn't say a word. I've always frequented Wendy's because they are fast and consistent.

Ordered a #1 Dave’s single with cheese, paid $6.02 no receipt provided at drive up window. The burger I received was a plain bun with meat patty and cheese. Nothing else. I parked and went inside, the manager said she would take of it. I waited and was given the same type of sandwich, no ketchup, pickle, etc. I want Wendy’s to understand this is an inferior operation. Courteous people however no concept of running a franchise. Will not visit this store again.

Son purchased the mango peach drink for me with little ice. Upon think I'm going to savor the tasty drink. I became very disappointed n disgusted at the same time. No flavor wasn't any ice so why was it watered down. Floating debri of stuff at the bottom of the cup. Doesn't seem to be clean or something is wrong w the machine I will be back for my drink.
