Ordered a sandwich online, paid for extra cheese, no cheese at all on the sandwich. They wouldn't answer their phone even though I called 5 times. Went back and they "rectified" it by giving me a couple slices of cold cheese for my toasted sandwich, which has gone cold since I had to go back

The staff has changed, and I will return. The new improvement is in overall quality of service. Changes in the training for the staff has increased quality of the products......than in the last 4 years
