Kfc

Only drive was open due to cover 19. I pulled in line around 1:30 on a Friday June 5, several cars ahead of me. Person who took my order was very pleasant and repeated back to me what I ordered. Pulled up and paid and was asked to pull into a parking space...no problem. Waited about 5+ minutes and order was delivered to car. I made sure it was mine by asking girl...16 piece bucket meal...she replied yes. Got it home and opened bags.. Chicken -yep, mashes potatoes and gravy-yep, green beans and Cole slaw, biscuits yep...but no Mac and cheese.ugh. Wasn't going to make the trip back as we don't live that close and we were moving daughter into a house. Food was wonderful!! Service was too ! Just missed the Mac and cheese.

Arrived at noon and they ran short of biscuits. They offered me a side to compensate which was fine, but got home and was on short 2 of 6 pieces of chicken. Called in and they were accommodating over it, I could return then and there or stop back down the road. Mistakes happen and it's the way in which they are handled that defines a crew, but 2 missteps at a peak time especially with a customer who only visits 3 or 4 times a year doesn't bode well for the business.
