Pilot

Lots of products on their shelves, clean store, clean facilities, great gift buying spot, they even have massage chairs, and a laundry room, and an Arbys to eat at. Their truck parking is decently sized and not completely covered in huge pot holes, and their staff was very friendly, unlike the pilot just a few miles down the highway from this one. This is a much better example of how pilot does business compared to the one down the highway which I also left a review on. This Pilot gets 5 out of 5 stars in my book and the one down the highway wouldn't have gotten any stars if that would have been an option. Great job at this location Pilot!! Keep up the good work.

Trashy and dirty showers where nasty and dirty staff is very unprofessional and seem to give anyone off the streets a job I’m not speaking for all pilots but this location is something else and don’t expect a clean shower nor bathroom they are both very nasty and you should worry about catching hepatitis if you don’t use caution I’m a loyal pilot customer but not every location is created equal and this one is about as bad as it gets. The pictures I posted are of the shower I got good thing I get free showers because this was not worth paying for.

You got to love the pilots that last a few Island music at 12:00 a.m. like it's a rock concert just to chase anyone away who needs a nap before they continue down the road. Perhaps that cuts down on those among Us who want to leave trash everywhere. I don't know but not finding receipt paper at the pump which is classic at pilot and flying j, prompted me to leave this review
