Ice Carmel latte came out burnt tasting, which I never had before. I'm lucky that the barista saw my face when I took a swig and asked to make another one when I said something was off. The old one next to the new looked different. Everything was resolved in minutes.

This team is the best, clean, fast and friendly. They give personal service, they remember names and orders while being downtown which is impressive.

This had to be the busiest Starbucks I have ever seen. The line was huge but everyone had a good attitude and they were all friendly. It does take a 6 digit code to use the bathroom though. That was odd. But it was a nice and clean place and the line moved fast. I always eat the lemon pound cake and I think this one has the freshest one I have ever had.

I was just here for one morning. It was obvious many of the patrons were known, as the way they were quickly greeted.
The service was great. I had an egg sandwich, with ham and cheese. It was hot, fresh and very good. They were out of blonde roast and cheerfully offered to make a fresh brew.
My wait time was minimal. A very good visit.
