It's fast food. It's better than McDonald's IMHO, but seems to be lacking something. I like their burgers better, service was fine but it could just be location and the stigma of the franchise falling out of existence. I don't know. I didn't have a bad experience but something is keeping that fifth star off and I'm not sure what.

Literally the worst fast food restaurant in the county. They literally NEVER have anything you want!! Always out of something. Like close this place down so a better equipped restaurant can move in. Whoever owns this place is trash. Whoever does the ordering in that place is also trash. I would rather drive to Carrollton for Wendy’s.

The food is amazing but they are always out of things everytime I go there. Such as drinks and so forth. But the food usually makes up for it tasting fresh and good.

Went once and there were no chicken tenders. Next time only 2 people working so terrible service. Went today and no ice. Walked out without ordering last 2 times. Workers also looked sloppy. Won’t go back.

Only 3 cars in the drive thru the whole time we were there, all 3 were told to pull up and wait, which took about 15 minutes to wait for them to bring food out. It was just ok. At least they helped us this time, last time no one even took our order or anything at this same Hardee's

A bit pricy for fast food but staff are friendly and the food was good. Milkshake was also yummy. Nice atmosphere and all the other customers seemed to be enjoying a relaxing meal as well.

Google says they open at 6am. Their door says they open at 6am. I showed up at 6:10am. I can assure you, they don't open at 6am. Not sure what their actual hours are. So I took my money to McDonald's.
