Kfc

This KFC located on highway 100/ Lovers Lane would be a decent location but for the last few weeks the drive-thru has been closed. Not sure why but it's unacceptable for a fast food restaurant. The staff is decent but they don't seem to care about the lobby and making sure that proper condiments and drink dispensers are working which is part of the reason why if people have to come inside they should have access to those things. They just need to step it up a little bit maybe get a new manager.

Not sure which location this is but the one in Germantown by the Walmart was closed. No staff no one working. Closed. So I went to the location on North Lovers Lane Rd in Milwaukee. Food was hot and fresh. No wait in drive thru line, which I was very surprised by. Friendly staff who took my order and gave me my food. Will visit again for sure. I got a four pit dark meat meal. I believe it was a number 3 with and additional side. Then the hot wings I order was good and fresh as well. Sometimes these KFCs be a hit or miss when you order your food. Even the coleslaw and Mac and cheese was good and fresh.

I picked up an order around 9:30 pm last night. I was helped by two young men. Both of them were very pleasant. The food was ready fast! I had an order with lots of substitutions and add ons, and the order was correct when I got home. Just wanted to leave a positive review because I love to see young people take pride in what they do.
