Wendy's

I had an excellent experience at this Wendy’s location today. My kids and I were looking for a quick lunch option, and despite the initially long line, we decided to stay. To our surprise, this Wendy’s is exceptional when it comes to clearing lines quickly. The staff’s efficiency and dedication to serving customers promptly were truly remarkable. Our food was delicious, and the service exceeded our expectations. This is now our go-to spot for a fast and satisfying meal. Highly recommended!

I enjoy a frosty. Guest service needs to be practiced. You can hear the workers profound conversations and the guys are always pulling up their pants because they don't wear them right and handling food . Preparing food and probably are washing their uniforms daily. It's not just a job, it's a way to the path of life and learning you have to work for what you want and need. Do all that you do with pride. It feels better. 👍

I was incredibly impressed with the crew and the lady who worked the drive-thru the night of 5/19/22. They were very efficient and thorough! When I mentioned it to the lady at the window, she said it was the crew behind her getting the orders out! I can see why the long line was moving so steady! Exceptional teamwork!!!

Edited this post up to 4 stars from 1 because it seems they have started doing something right. I used to have to sit in the drive-thru for 15-25 minutes (you could never know), so I just stopped coming here for awhile. The last two times, however, have been very quick with great attitudes by the drive thru attendant. I used to work in fast food, so I know the feeling of not really getting paid much, but people here used to greet me with the worst attitude, just leaving me to wonder if they spit on my food or something. I even had some lady yell at me for what she interpreted as a bad attitude, when I had nothing of the sort. Management did the minimum about it back then. Let me just say, your experience changes as an employee when you treat people with respect and gratefulness. They're small, but these things go both ways and are a big deal. Lately (at least from my last two experiences), this store has been living up to a good standard of customer service. You might not see the difference right away, but keep up the good work! The food has always been the same, and decent, so I will change it to 5 stars if I continue to receive good customer service.
