The worst McDonald's around this area. Service is super slow during their slow times can't imagine what it's like during their busy hours.
The communication is so poor that I could literally just sit out in the Reserved Drive thru spot and just collect free food all day.
They had me park in a spot to wait for my food and I had 3 different instances where they just approached me and handed me orders without asking if it was mine, well thank you McDonald's guess its bout the only good thing I experienced.
I'll be back and you guys get five stars just for the bad communication that led to the free food.

Went in for two big macs, they are making them back to how they were with alot of sauce, excellent service and very courteous counter person

They've had problems with staffing so sometimes slow service and some attitude, but seems to be improving slowly.

The regulars are (for the most part) pleasant. The food has a trademark McDonald’s consistency; I appreciate the staff for often bending over backwards to provide a quality, trademark & branded experience, even if a mistake is made - They are happy to replace food that has been prepared incorrectly, or to add extra items to orders with abnormally long wait times. Something you must remember when ordering here is that these people are working for a wage that cannot usually support a family alone; they are often expected to work multiple positions at once, and are switched around as other people enter and exit the store without warning. They oftentimes have so many customers in front of them that they couldn’t tell who has been served already, and customers do not help the situation by standing in front of the register with their arms crossed like they’ve already been approached when they haven’t even ordered yet. Only so much can be blamed on these overworked employees. If you point out your needs without being rude to the staff and work with them to get your needs met, you will have an extremely pleasant visit to this location.
The only two requests I have made regularly are:
1. Separate the ordering area from the waiting area more distinctly. The flow of traffic from entry to completion of order is completely backwards, and the people who have made orders commonly stand right in the way of elderly and disabled people trying to start orders.
OTHERWISE, Removing the one wall behind the registers, then moving the registers to the opposite side of the front of house would likely fix the employee-to-customer flow of service.
Also, encouraging use of the driveway side door would temporarily fix the flow of traffic’s issue inside the store if moving the registers was not something to be pursued.
2. I would LOVE to have paper towel brought back to the bathrooms and to be allowed a garbage bin in this space as well. Simply putting a recessed space in the wall or a hanging garbage bin in these restroom spaces would fix this issue and very likely eliminate clutter - the Dyson Airblades do not dry your hands, blow cold air for their first ten seconds of operation, and they encourage customers to not wash their hands - I wipe the water from washing my hands on my pant legs, and it is something I have simply grown to accept over time, though it is not ideal. I understand that McDonald’s saves a minuscule amount of money operating this way, but it lowers the quality of your eating experience dramatically.
Overall, I appreciate this location for providing me quality meals daily and provides jobs to myself and several wonderful people that work harder than most customers will give them credit for.
My complaints are centered mostly around design and corporate choices, not the workers. I appreciate these folks so much.

Drive through this evening was medium traffic, so they were working it! Shared a vanilla ice cream cone with the dog (ha).

I was here via drive thru on Sat 08/12/23 at about 8:15am. I was buying a final breakfast for my dog who was bring put down due to cancer. I could barely choke out my order and was ugly crying at every drive thru window. The staff was patient with me, kind and sympathetic; even no charged his ice cream cone. Kindness carried us through that experience and my boy enjoyed that ice cream cone, sausage McMuffin and Hasbrown tremendously. Thank you.

Food was hot. Fries were salted to perfection. Attendants at the window were very good with customer service!

Food took longer than expected to get. No apology given for the wait. With burger king across the street I think it is worth while looking at them if you are needing good to be given to you fast as it should be " fast food "

I know it's only McDonald's but the crew at this location is so friendly and on the ball. Definitely worth dropping in every once in awhile. Especially with the daily deals on the app!!!
