Riverwest Pizza

Riverwest pizza is hands down a gem in the upper side of Milwaukee. Pizza combos that rival Ian’s pizza in its creativity but (in my opinion) better crust and flavor. The environment is what is so motivating about this spot, it’s neighborly and the team that works there is personable and professional. Definitely a spot worth trying. Recommendations: the Jazz oasis pizza- yum!

I love the decorations at the bar. The video screen with a virtual aquarium, is quite unique. Bartender took my takeout order for a large pizza, and we had to wait about 20 minutes. Little bit longer than I was expecting, but the pizza was delicious! I had the golden child, or golden boy. My whole family said it was very good pizza. Will be back in the future!

I was just hungry for pizza, I found this place on a Google search for 'pizza near me', and found a gem! I ordered a small Greek, and got a huge pizza, a little light on some of the toppings, but maybe that's an artsy, bougie thing? But very yummy. And there's this outdoor covered patio area with tables and a stage, it's so cute. There was live music happening when I showed up, it was a five piece band consisting of: a stand up base, mandolin, squeeze box, acoustic guitar, and clarinet, and it was kind of jazzy music. I must admit it's not my genre of choice, I'm an old Blues buff, so I don't know much about this stuff but the female clarinet player also sang,...IN FRENCH!!! It was so sweet and beautiful, I've never heard anything like that live before, I loved it. So, this place, Riverwest Pizza, does live music outside all summer, and it was free!! I've been looking for music all summer. JACKPOT!! SCORE!! Oh, I'll be back alright, they'll be sick of me, that's a sure thing 🤣. OH! AND! The nicest waitress EVER!!
