Mcdonald's

I was just told I couldn’t get a water in a combo. A bottle of water. So we asked for a cup of water and they said they couldn’t do that either. Then another person got on there and we could barely hear them. So we just drove to a different McDonald’s. Absolutely ridiculous. Gave two stars because I’ve had really good experiences here before. Guess they got a new drive-thru person who doesn’t know how to communicate.

Went to get food a few days ago and the nuggets where raw in the middle call in and was told my manager to come back in and get a refund my name was in the book I told her that I was not given a receipt she said no need to have it your name is in the book. I went in today to order more food and pick up the refund witch would have been given back to them for more and was told with attitude with out a receipt or the food i was not getting anything from the was tood this twice with attitude then win i got my food today it was made super sloppy and it was cold I will not be going back here and i will be calling Corporate over the way the manager was talking to he and the food
