The price is slightly higher, but the service and food has been solid. Hot pot had decent quality food. Each flavor isn't just a different soup like a Shabu place, but comes with different ingredients too. Make sure to checkin to get one add-on per table. The free add-on is quite a lot.

Decided to order the meal with udon with beef, baby octopus, bok choy, and imitation crab. It came with a free tea, I chose black tea cold. Tea was cold and sweet which was a plus. I enjoyed the udon noodle, portions were a good size, broth was flavorful, and I left full.

Ordered sacha beef and HIT spicy. HIT spicy was very spicy. Both tasted good. The servings seem big, but it's mostly broth and cabbage, which is disappointing for the price. They also have some sauces at the table you can mix together for dipping.

Not a traditional hotpot where they bring out the meats and you cook them yourself. Instead, this is a place that mixes everything into a bowl for you and comes out ready to eat. All the bowls aren't bad, desserts aren't bad either.

Individual hot pot ftw! There isn't a lot in the bay area, most of the hot pot places are family style but I really started liking this when I was down in southern california where there are plenty of individual hot pot places. For those that know, it is very reminiscent of boiling point. It's cheaper at $11-13 per hotpot because usually getting family style hotpot is expensive and typically costs twice the amount per person. H.I.T = Hotpot.Ice.Tea in case you didn't know. So you can get hotpot, shaved ice, and tea in one place! Right now if you check in, you can get a free tea or ice (one per table). I really liked their jasmine green tea! It was refreshing, sweet, and fragrant. This makes me more hopeful for their other drinks :) I picked the shacha beef hotpot because i really shacha (it's chinese bbq satay sauce). Unfortunately, I felt the broth was a little underwhelming. The shacha flavor wasn't really there and I had to ask for extra sauce to put in. I also asked for more shacha sauce for dipping because their dipping sauces were okay. Overall though, I did enjoy the hotpot. I thought it was really filling and they gave a decent amount of beef and sides. I also tried their popcorn chicken which wasn't all that good. You're better off getting it at your local boba shop. Their chicken was tasteless and not crispy. In terms of service, it was a little bit of a struggle. The waiters/servers didn't really speak english that well and so it was a lot of pointing at the menu for me. They were pretty attentive though but that's probably because there wasn't anyone else there when I dined. It's a really asian shop so I didn't really expect too much from customer service... but their shop is really trendy, clean, and modern so that's a plus for me!

I love this little hotpot place. It is the kind with the individual pots. It's not as popular as the others like Boiling Pot or Tasty Pot but it has its good soups. They get minus one star for slow service. I've been here for lunch and dinner. They have some very flavorful soups. My favorite is the shacha. During lunch you get an iced or hot tea included in your meal. Dinner time they have choices of what you want to eat your soup with, rice or ramen noodles, etc. If you want hotpot and don't wanna wait in crazy lines in the Milpitas/Fremont area, it's not a bad choice.

Good personal hot pot place and fair price. Free green or black tea with lunch orders. The place is getting popular and expect a wait time at least 30 mins. I would say this is the one of the best choice for personal hot pot other than boiling point.

I came here to have lunch with my friend. We ordered same pot, but he has a fresh egg on the top which looks good, while I don't see any egg on top of my pot. After carefully searching in the whole pot, I found half egg which was likely bitten by someone else!!! So I asked waiter to take a look. The cool waiter only said 'they all eggs, there is no difference, it's normal'. I can not eat a egg which was likely be bitten by someone else. So I finished the rice in deep disappoint. I think maybe 1 star and 5 star review has no difference to them as well.
