Less parking space, Visited during lunch time on a Saturday and they took more time to get us seated even though they had vacant spaces. We need to scan the menu using smartphone, add the items to the cart and order from phone. Payment will be at the end of your meals. Multiple people can add items to same table order. You can either add all items at once or add items to cart and order as you progress which is good. They still serve in paper plates and disposable cups even you opt for dine in. Good place to taste some kerala style beef fry. We have ordered beef fry, Parotta, Kappa biriyani and 🍺. Beef fry was good with coconut chunks. Parotta they served was dry and not so flaky. Kappa biriyani was ok. They have many other Kerala delicacies as well.

Went on a Thursday for lunch. Even though their food was prepared quickly, nearly all items lacked salt and spices. Their goat was extremely chewy and their fish overcooked. The floors and overall table felt sticky and not so clean. The only favorable items were their Gobi Manchurian and their Malabar Paratha. Though I suspect the paratha is just frozen and heated in a microwave.

The standard has definitely degraded considerably post lock down… it’s now more of a Cafe than a full restaurant… the ordering of the food is not that guest friendly - u have to use the app to order the food which is served in paper plates which you have to dispose off before you leave… this arrangement seems hygienic though… food is not that great as it used to be in 2017-18… definitely not a recommendation…

For Vishu Sadya, we ordered for 6 people from here. It was my first time having the enormous vegetarian Sadya menu ever and also my first time trying out red chilies and it was fantastic. Quantity: we ordered one family pack and two individual which was quite a lot of food , even for 6 people. Next time we'll try ordering a family and an individual pack Quality: The food was very good! I loved the savory and sweet banana chips, pumpkin curry, kachadi, bitter gourd- yogurt. Wonderful introduction to Sadya but: They did message us saying that a few people complained about payasam and asked us not to have it. Uncomfortable situation here but good communication. The papads also had a fishy taste so I did not go back for a second bite. Edit: A friend had stomach upset the entire next day, probably from the pumpkin because he ate that the most and it even smelled funky the next day.

There were 4 adults in our group and we met for lunch here. The food is good and definitely authentic Kerala cuisine. Fried nethali fish and grilled shrimp were delicious appetizers. The beef and goat gravies were delicious main courses. However, the ambiance is below par and the food is still served on paper plates and plastic forks, and brings down the experience considerably.

The restaurant lacked professionalism. Staff shortage leads to long wait times (20-30 min) and not the best dine in experience. The food was mid, a lot of food coloring in everything really. Only disposable utensils and serving were provided, I understand this is a pandemic but at this point I felt it was because a lack of staff. The parotta and gobi Manchuria were good. Most food arrived hot.

I used Red Chillies to cater my daughter's birthday for 50 guests. I have to say the food was absolutely fantastic! The parottas were perfectly flaky and the curries were just the right amount of spice and abundant with flavor. The party guests really enjoyed it and the quantity of food was very generous. Payment options were convenient. Couple that with timely delivery and excellent customer service from Mr. Joshy , this turned out to be an excellent experience. Mr Joshy even helped us to set the the buffet up for my guests ! I would really recommend using them for catering services if you are looking at serving Malabar food
