A Burger King is a Burger King and I go because I enjoy their food. This one located at a traffic signal making it accessible from any direction. I only wish there had been a more obvious sign that only tv he front door was unlocked.

One of the worst Burger King / fast food places I’ve ever been to. Dirty and slow service. Like other review said only two people working there. One person taking drive through/take out orders and cleaning the tables. One person making all the food. Expect to wait. Indoor playground is dirty, you can see a layer of dust like it hasn’t been cleaned in ages. Much better options in the area.

What you expect food wise. Fast and hot. Staff was friendly and fast.
Interior is straight from 40 yrs ago. Very dated and in rough shape.
Recommend they do some upgrades as it was a real put off. It felt dirty, even though it probably wasn't. I wouldn't want to bring someone here as it's a bad impression all around.
Also need some tech investment as they still had old queue lines and none of the new gear you find at the newer McDonnals.

From the outside, you would think this burger king is closed down. From the inside, you would ALSO think this burger king is closed down. It's a really run down place in the heart of millbrae. They need to revamp it or something. It's nasty compared to the Taco Bell next door which is clean and has bright lights.

It's really hard to find flame broiled burgers in the Bay Area, so Burger King is one of my standbys when the craving hits. It's weird, because in Los Angeles you can get charbroiled burgers on practically every corner. The Whopper was decent and fresh, so I'm happy, which I can't say about the grumpy old guy :/ that took my order.

Only reason I visited this location is because I had a coupon and it l was at work.
Pro: The dining room is very big and has plenty of seating especially since only 2 other people were there. The dining are and restroom were also clean.
Con: This location does not offer mobile ordering, does not offer to pay by phone either through an app, Google/Apple Pay, the drink dispenser is from the 80s which doesn't even work, no ice either. The staff is unpleasant and acted as though I was bothering them.

I usually go thru the drive thru, the last time I went in since I hadn't in some time. I have never had a bad order here, so that great. It's BK food which I enjoy. The dining area was clean and quiet, I would have been happy to eat there if I had time.

It's not the best Burger King I've been to. There were only 2 employees working at the time of my visit. And the soda machine, the drink it dispensed was awful. The coke didn't taste anything, it was like water. And there were flies flying around the restaurant. I would give it 0 stars if I could.
