Food is good, bathroom is nice, etc.
I took off a star because I didn't appreciate that the manager was yelling at one of her employees to prepare my food faster while I was ordering. She was going at a perfectly good pace, and regardless, you should never shame your employees, let alone in front of a customer.

Chipotle is one of my favorite Mexican foods places on the go. Always reliable when it comes to taste although portions vary from one place to another.

We like a lot eating out. Yesterday we visited this fine place which friends recommended to us. We had a lovely experience there with great dishes and a nice crew and a distinguished cuisine. We added this fine restaurant in our phone list and we shall definitely visit again soon. We highly recommend.

So I seen fresh steak being cut up and Soni asked for the fresh stuff and instead of them giving the normal spoon full of meat they used a tiny plastic cup of meat, I said to her that's not the same amount I always get and she said it's the same they always give... Mind I live a block away, I go there a lot so I know what I normally get! The picture you see attached is pieces nothing but fat steak! So if you take these out of the little (probably 3oz cup) I got about 1.5oz of meat for about $9!! I just wish these owners and managers would train these kids to do the job right and the same every time! Please care!

As always the food is awesome, however, customer service has declined. Miss the old crew back 2019-20.

I’m writing this to hopefully be helpful to others. I placed a web order for pickup and when I got to the store at the time it was supposed to be ready I discovered that it was not. More than that, they were short staffed and decided the best course of action was rather than make anyone’s web orders they are instead making everyone get in the normal line to get their food. The line was out the door and down the sidewalk. There is also no way to cancel the order in the app or indicate that the store cannot fulfill the order, so at that point it is a really bad customer experience. Apparently this is not the first time this has happened with this store. I didn’t have 20-30 min to wait in line so I left and called customer service to try and get a refund.
