Denny's

Amazing as always!!! The staff work extra hard to ensure everyone is seated and attended to quickly and with genuine smiles. The Berry Vanilla Crepes were amazing, perfectly prepared and the strawberries were fresh. The eggs were prepared well, as were the hash browns. Everything was amazing and I couldn’t ask for a better dining experience. If you are traveling the I-80 towards NYC this is the place to stop.

It's a great place to eat if you like cold food that isn't close to what you ordered. Got the order placed, and it took 55 minutes to get to the table. Wouldn't have been a big deal, but they weren't very busy, and people that came in after us got their food first. Then when we did get ours, it was not correct to what we ordered, and it was cold. It had to have been done for a while before it was brought out. Got 1 refill of the wrong drink, and when it came time to get the bill so we could leave, all the wait staff disappeared in the back and all you heard was yelling from the kitchen. What a wonderful dinner to a busy day, for $56, burger King would haven been a better choice. At least the food would've been hot....

I stopped at this location on Friday, June 3, 2022 at around 9:40 PM only to be told once again that it would be at least 45 minutes until we could be seated. There were 2 people in my party and there were lots of vacant tables in the restaurant. This is NOT the only time this has happened. I have stopped here during breakfast. lunch, dinner and evening hours and every single time, I'm told the SAME THING. I live less than a mile from this restaurant and try to support our local businesses, however this was the last straw for me. I called corporate and found out that this is a privately owed franchise. They are going to submit my complaint to the owners and I hope to receive a response. I believe they said the owner is Gill's Mill Hall Inc or something close to that.

So this Dennys tried to pass off 3 pieces of pot roast as sirloin.(Yes only 3 pieces of protein in the whole bowl) Mashed potatoes tasted a few days old. Broccoli was soggy and cold. But that bowl was piping hot as if it just came out of the microwave. Did not eat left the restaurant. Clearly the cook here isn't worth the effort. I've had this at other Dennys and it was amazing!
