Ruby Tuesdays

I go to this Ruby Tuesday quite often and have become a regular there. The staff is always super friendly and I especially enjoy Mandy the waitress, she has known me since I've started going there and is always the best. The food is always good. Other than the prices seeming to get higher, I enjoy having date nights with my boyfriend here.

The sirloin steak was medium rare instead of medium well. It was very grisly and to tough to chew and very salty tasting. The baked potato was not edible, really well overcooked. It was not worth the price at all. Very disappointed. However, staff was great and pleasant when I picked up our food. They forgot the ketchup and mayo on the Bison burger and added pickles that were not requested. However, other foods are decent. JUST DONT BUY A STEAK or get a baked potato. This is the third time I have tried to get a good steak. Never again.

Food was fantastic, atmosphere was also. Waiter seemed unsure of himself, but was great with customer service. Just had a few issues with our bills. But, the manager helped him get it straightened out. If the prices weren't so high, I would definitely add the restaurant to our usual rotation of places to go out to eat.

I took a team of athletes from Special Olympics PA here in our way to a competing. Manager, Jodey, went above and beyond to help us make this an easy and quick stop. The service was fast, food was great and our waitress, Keri (I think) was very attentive. We were so pleased, we stopped again on our way home the next day. Again, Jodey and Keri were there and took care of us. Jodey was in the kitchen but came out to visit and acknowledge our athletes and their accomplishments. To add to this pleasant experience, they then treated the athletes with a surprise. What a wonderful, thoughtful staff!

I order dinner every Thursday. Today was the exception being Monday. She always makes sure that everything is ok and I leave with her saying “have a good night, see ya next week”. Mandy makes you feel at ease even when you’re having a bad day. It’s not easy finding solid customer service anymore and it makes you feel like you’re at home. Even when the kitchen messes up your order, she makes sure that you leave satisfied and wanting to return. I want to thank Mandy for being a solid employee but more importantly, a person with solid ethics. It goes a long way with someone like me.
