Kfc

No dine in means I have to order online since my work truck won't fit in your drive-thru. Then when I go in to get my food they rudely tell me they are closed to dine in. Well yeah I know that. That's why I ordered online. Then my order is wrong when I get it. Happened more than once. I should know by now.

Pulling into the parking lot, there were 3 employees standing out front. One was spitting. They all followed us into the restaurant and headed to the back. We waited more than 5 minutes before our order was taken. Though the place was mostly empty, we were lucky to find a table that was fairly clean but the entire front of the house was a wreck. I was excited, however, that nacho fries were back. Sadly mine were obviously old so I asked for a fresh order. Two stars since my son said the chicken tasted fresh. However, there were stale nachos and the beans weren't hot. As I post this, my family is finished eating and I'm still waiting for the fries. Sad.

Disappointed. I have typically been a KFC fan, and have often been to this location. With the attention on the "chicken sandwich wars" over the last year or so, I was glad to see KFC have an offering. Unfortunately, the sandwich did not deliver. It was on what appeared to be an average Walmart hamburger bun, and the chicken didn't completely cover that. There was nothing catchy about the flavor, just some flour I could have dipped chicken in at home - minus the salt & pepper I would have used. The pickles were thin enough that you could not taste them, and there wasn't enough mayo to add any moisture to the sandwich at all. I think this sandwich was less quality than their regular Colonel sandwich they have had for years. I've tried several of the other fast food "upgrade" chicken sandwiches, and they all tried to impress with at least the size of the piece of chicken.

Poor customer service, they don't have any change I was not notified of this and the employee just hands me a receipt. I was like where is my chge oh we don't have any sorry. So how many customers had they beat for chge tht day? The extra crispy Chicken had raw dough all in it where they obviously did not cook it long enough it shake the basket. The girl that waiting on my was rude and very sloppy and unclean looking. I will not be visiting this place again. Horrible experience. Stay away!
