Subway

There is genuinely nothing bad to say about Subway. Workers are extremely polite and friendly, service is always excellent and well-done, and the food always tastes delicious and fresh. Prices are more than fair, as well. The only thing I regret about going to Subway, is the fact that I didn’t start getting food here sooner! Anybody with complaints about Subway is just being an annoying Karen... feel free to ignore them.

They never have all the ingredients, the lady making the sandwiches was clearly panicked and they never even turn their open light on. Better off going next door to get a sandwich. The chips weren't stocked and they didn't even have half the bread. I get the same sandwich everytime and for some reason at this subway they aren't even ready to be open let alone make my sandwich. The lady seemed drunk behind the counter. She had trouble cutting my bread.. and when I said "you mangled that thing" she replied "I'm not familiar with this location".. and proceeded to make me a sandwich on a clearly mashed up bread roll. The whole time she was shaking her head no at herself... way to make the consumer confident in your product!

I only go to Subway about once or twice a year, I went to the one in Nashua St, Lorden plaza in Milford, NH recently, and the girl making the sandwiches wasn’t wearing a mask, and there were two customers in line in front of me without masks, we’re in the middle of a pendemic and there was a sign on the door about face coverings, what is wrong with this store? I spoke with someone who manages a different store who told me the servers are supposed to wear masks, makes sense! And least important but still adding to the negative experience, both sandwiches were missing simple things like cucumbers, tomatoes, I forget what else but I wouldn’t recommend.

Ordered a large rotisserie chicken and a chicken Cesar sandwich online at 8:30 at night to have for our lunches the next while we were on the road. When we opened them, neither sandwich had any chicken in it. And I couldn't march my butt back in there to complain since we were hours away. Better off going to the one on Elm street or you better make sure you watch them like a hawk when they make your sandwich. Don't use online ordering!
