Sid is the most ignorant disrespectful sales clerk I have met. While I was standing in line to purchase my items he completely ignored me and was playing on his phone and laughing just pretending he didn't even see me. Then when his machine didn't work and had to move machines started giving ME attitude. Then he hit the wrong button on his side and when I asked if the first one had gone through or not he snapped at me and said obviously not. Why would i ring it up again. So he rung it up again and started to walk away and I asked him for a receipt for my records and he printed it out and slammed it on the table at me and started pointing at it all crazy like see do you see??turned around and just walked straight out and told his associate at the door I'm off and walked out. I was so shocked that he had a job in customer service and treating both of us like this. I will never go to the sev when sid is working again because he is a punk.

Their card machines are terrible. Literally the only place I ever have trouble with a machine reading my card. Most of the staff is not properly trained on how to take a card that won't read the chip either. This morning I was told it was the chip or nothing. Despite knowing that there are other ways to run the card, as I have had to do it before. Terrible customer service.
