White Castle System

I hit this White Castle every time I’m back home to see mom & dad. Love that I can swing in early in the morning and pick up a case to take back to Wisconsin with me. Employees have always been friendly, get my order going quick, never had any errors, restaurant is clean, & the food delicious as always.

I have only ordered here once and did an online order through the app. It had appeared they did not even start making my order until I had arrived and told them what I was there to pick up. Of course, I understand everyone is short staffed and I was not rude to the staff at all was 30min past my time given for pick up when I got my order. Perhaps an adjustment to the system for ETA for food being ready, or maybe it was just a fluke I'm not sure.

Ordered a total of 40 cheeseburger sliders and two bags of onion rings but I was on the roll so it was a walk-in takeout by the time I got to the bag that I thought was onion rings I was long away from the place only to find out they only gave me a bunch of sliders now I love White Castle I think their food is phenomenal and I'm not just joking but I can't say anything about the onion rings cuz I never got to try them maybe they were just confused like everybody else in Chicago please don't let my comments shiny buddy away just make sure you get your order straight before you walk out
