Hands down the best Wendy's I've ever been to in my life and that's saying something because I've been to a lot. Food was fast fresh burgers were cooked perfect and fries were not over salted. This is the only one I'm coming to from now on.

If this is this location on Hull Street in Richmond I am rating this the best location
I go there for the club chicken meal. I ask to have my chicken dropped fresh and I have no problem with getting all of my food prepared fresh and the employees that bring it out have on gloves and masks.

The only good thing here is the food. The reason for 2 stars is the soda dispenser had 1/2 of the normal options, the ketchup dispenser doesn’t work, and the bathroom was torn apart. Hopefully they have things running more smoothly next time I come here for food!

This is seriously the best Wendy's I have ever been to. 11pm visit and still the freshest fries, burger, and grilled chicken. The Frosty was also amazing, which may sound weird to mention, but normally at other Wendy's they tend to be melty and sad. The manager took our order and was so friendly and attentive, got our order 100% right, and even helped us with our two separate orders (which I understand tends to be frustrating to put in). We definitely will be returning and making this our go-to Wendy's!!! 💜💜💜
