Starbucks

Very disappointed in my order this morning. My fiance wanted to surprise me with my favorite drink which he ordered correctly with heavy cream and they added milk to it too! So disappointed and it doesn't even look like coffee there is so much milk in it, it just looks like a cup of milk instead of a cold brew. This is the second time they have done this bc they did it about a month ago when my co worker picked up for us at the office. I guess he should have read the label to realize they screwed it up so they could remake it correctly

Very very nice staff, probably the best staff at any Starbucks I’ve been too, and most places have nice staff. Very efficient and well-trained employees From my one experience here, the staff is the type to attract MANY regular customers, so kutos to them. This location has good indoor and outdoor seating for regulars who want to do work & drink coffee. This location is larger than most of the locations I’ve been to and the amount of indoor seating reflects that. Their outdoor seating is placed well and makes the storefront more friendly.

Please, please, please do not go to this Westchester location. Unless you are ordering black coffee your order will be wrong. Its close to our house so we have used this location more than a dozen times. EVERY TIME the order is wrong. They focus on being quick, but in the process dont pay attention to what you actually order. So frustrating and are now driving out of our way to go to a different location.
