Dark haired heavier woman who filled our order could have been a manager possibly! doesn't know how to package food, set our bag on counter and it fell over as she called us to say our stuff was ready, then she walked away! but never came to fix the bag, also she Gave us 2 half filled mashed potatoes see pic! only 3 chocolate chip cookies and the chicken was very very salty, BUT DID NOT GIVE US ANY BUTTER, NO HONEY PACKETS NO SALT OR PEPPER PACKETS EITHER. Poor customer service at the Midland Michigan store Only one polite gentleman ( the Cashier) who took our order was pleasant to talk to !!!

This was at the Midland, Michigan store. The first thing was I wanted to order the $20 fill up bucket of Tenders, but was told that they didn't have that anymore, someone other than the cashier broke in and quite nastily said they did do those any more. The cashier said that she had already told me. I asked for the $30 feast bucket with extra chrispy chicken. When I got to the pay window I was told they didn't have enough, so gave me regular, I got home and it was all burned. TERRIBLE.

I went to the kfc in Midland on Saginaw Street to get the new chicken sandwich. I asked them what the difference was between regular and spicy and said that the mayo was just hot. After a LONG wait I got my order and drove to a medical appointment for a family member, bit into something that had so much orange / yellow cheese looking stuff all over it completely soaking the bread. I called and just rang and rang with no answer, upon driving back they did not have any regular ones to replace mine with. I then asked the drive through girl why there was also white mayo on the bottom under the pickles and she stated they probably went to make a regular and forgot. I NEVER WANT KFC EVER AGAIN AND YOU SHOULDN'T AS WELL AT LEAST FROM THIS LOCATION . . . They did not offer a substitute

Worst restaurant ever visited!! On Jan 2 2022, I ordered a 12 piece meal. When I got home I found I was only given 8 pieces. Called the store and was told to pick up anytime the 4 pieces they owed. Stopped by today (1/8) to pick up, and was given a box supposed to have the 4 pieces. Before I left the parking lot, I said to myself, better check. There were only 3 pieces in the box, instead of the 4 they owed. I went into the store and gave back the box. Done with this store. Or if the entire KFC chain is doing this systematically, I am done with KFC. For customers, pay attention to the actual number of pieces, they may not match what's on the menu.
