Extremely bad service, I waited 40+min for my pickup order, no one was wearing a name tag and everyone had headphones. 2 lady’s were just talking and others weren’t doing anything. The point of doing an online order is for it to be ready by when customer arrives. 8+ cars waiting outside for their drive thru order. It clearly shows that management doesn’t have any control of their staff and don’t care about customers. A customer went in and complained because his order was not ready yet and he’d been waiting almost an hour. The kitchen was a mess and I will not be going here again.

The order was complete and was cooked well. They were fast. Only complaint was the 8 chicken strip meal was 20 bucks.. but it is more like a family meal, I wasn't aware.. I was thinking it was a combo. And there wasn't biscuits or any kinda bread. Tea was fresh.❤In and out of line in less than 5 minutes.

Very unprofessional, unorganized and the staff is rude. I drive for doordash and I went to this store to pick up the order for my customer. I was told that the order was not there and that it must be at the other location. I drove across town to the other location just to be told it was not there either. The manager at the other store personally called the manager at the Midland drive location to confirm the order and they magically had it. I came back to this store for the order and they asked me why the order was not picked up on time and I told them I was told it was not here and that they didn't have my customers name and that they told me to check the other location. Come to find out they had it, but it was not even correct. They had to remake the food and I was finally on my way. On top of that they also didn't have other people's orders correct. Very unorganized and unprofessional.
