Ihop

I’ll start off by saying the server did his job well and he got tipped well for that but you guys need a new pancake recipe and is it too much to ask for fresh fruit and not something out of a can? Hash browns that aren’t burnt would be nice too. Possibly a new water filter as well. Cracker Barrel is a million times better. I’ll be going elsewhere for my breakfast.

Took almost an hour until we decided to leave. The waiter said he would bring out our food as it was made. We agreed and 20 minutes passed and we didn't get anything but the people that got there after we did received their food. Was not happy. I understand that sometimes they are short staffed but I don't understand why other groups started getting their food before we did. Then we finally said we were leaving and were gonna pay for the drinks, he finally said food was about to come out. Nah, horrible service. Never coming back again.

Great service even through a Sunday rush! Upon entering till we finished everyone was great. I didn't get our waiters name, but she was AMAZING and had a good support team working with her. Her GRITS were possibly some of the best grits I have ever had. As we were leaving the shift manager was waiting with a bag open for our to go box. Absolutely great experience here at this location.

I love this establishment. I don't understand the difference between this one and the one on loop 250. This crew nearly runs to the attention of the guest every time I enter. They are friendly, smiling at all times and always ready to serve. The one on loop 250 is horrible. EVERY TIME I GO I'm waiting up front while workers pass me 5 to 10 times without acknowledgment. The last time I went so many workers passed me that I walked in the kitchen just to ask the cook does any of the people in red shirts work here. I stopped going there but made this IHOP location my go to. Rather drive a extra 10 miles for good service.
