Jason is an amazing part of the Ruby Tuesday experience! He’s sweet and charming. The food is great. It’s quite and everything comes out super fresh and quick. Jason continues to take excellent care of you through your entire meal, up to the point you leave. 10/10 would recommend to anyone! Come eat 😊

The new drink is delicious. Service was quick and convenient. Food was tasty and hot. I had a sampler of chicken tenders, chips and dip, and mozzarella sticks. Everything was yummy.

We enjoyed our lunch at Ruby Tuesdays. The food was good we had the nachos and they were delicious they all sorts of different fixings came with them my daughter had the special hamburger which looked wonderful and it came with fries it's a very good value both meals were perfect my wife and I shared the nachos my daughter had the burger.
Waitress there was wonderful as she did a great job with us filled our water glasses constantly kept them topped off. My granddaughter was there and she enjoyed herself too. They gave her crayons and the menu had a place to color.

My meal was good. However my fiances was terrible! He had the Philly steak, it was terrible! We also got margaritas and they had zero alcohol in them. I don't drink and could not even taste the tequila. It was all sour mix! The waitress was really good and friendly which is why I gave 3 stars.

Stopped in for a quick bite, met friends for life :) Jason the bartender was fantistic!! Guy is super friendly, and fosters a real fun and inclusive atmosphere with his customers. Ended up staying much longer than anticipated, had a great time. Will be back for sure.

Jason the bartender was very friendly and gave a great experience, normally when I drink at the bar i am normally sad but Jason changed that. He’s not a bartender that just sees your money and needs to serve you. He actually sees you as a person and tries to get to know you, we need more people in the world like Jason because not everyone is as friendly as he is to People of Color. The food is amazing and the area is perfect, i use to be a host at the Bear location before it shut down and I don’t mind driving an extra 15 minutes to get to this middletown location

Pretty decent. They seemed under staffed for the amount of customers though. I've been there the past few weeks on Wednesday nights and there's never been that many customers in the place, so I guess the mgmt just didn't anticipate increased customer flow with the nice weather.
Due to the staffing, our kids' food arrumived way before ours did, so that the kids were nearly done by the time our food came. I'm glad I got the salad bar but my wife wasn't happy about it.
Also, if you go at dusk, the sun is blinding on the west side of the restaurant. Staff should be more proactive on closing those blinds every night before a customer has to track them down and ask for it to be done.

Bartender Jason was awesome on this rainy St Patty's Day. Made me the most perfect lemon drop martini and used green sugar for the rim. Great food (as always) and great company.
