Dunkin'

I use to like this location but after today I will not buy anything from here ever again. I come into the location & stand in line. A woman was in front of me. I'm waiting & two people come in. They create a whole new line. The cashier took the people on the new line before me. I didn't say anything. I just walked out because I'm not going to give my money to disrespectful businesses. This isn't the only problem I have with this location. I order on their app & my orders are always messed up. Not to mention they have rude drive thru workers. If you don't like working at DD then find a better job. I am done with this place.

So my wife went in here to get some coffee and while she waited at the counter the crew blatantly ignored her and then shot her a look then said, and I quote, "I hate white people man". They then proceeded to completely ignore her to the point where she had to grab her own food from behind the counter and leave. Absolutely ridiculous. Racist and absurd.

I'm writing this review on my son's behalf. He worked at this location for 4 months and he was an unhappy employee the entire time. I know that working at a fast food place is not the greatest job but he is 22 and just starting in the work force. My son never called out. He was always there on time and was an exemplary employee. He worked for the thanksgiving holiday understandably, being that he was new. He informed his manager Nicole that because he couldn’t celebrate the holiday due to work, he needed the weekend after off because he would be in MD with family. She still put him on the schedule for Sun 6am-2pm. He had no choice but to call her on Saturday to call out sick. She was very upset and told him that he NEEDED to find coverage. EXCUSE ME??! That is not his job, SHE is the manager and is responsible for staffing issues. Multiple employees have resigned from the this store due to her unprofessional, and disrespectful behavior! Including my son. I am so happy that he is no longer there and I will NEVER go here again! I'll spend my money at Starbucks.

Usually I have no issues with this Dunkin’, but whoever they had taking orders today was extremely rude and nasty and seem very young . She also seemed like she didn’t know what they had on there own menu also informed the manager there who really didn’t seem to care. If you don’t like working customer service you should find a new job
