Normally I have no problem with this location, but they screwed up my order THREE times today, twice on the same drink. Vanilla Spice and Vanilla Chai are NOT the same drink. I won't be coming back unless I absolutely have to.

1st time I went there I ordered 2 small cosmic coladas and they were gross on top of it it was just pure ice. The 2nd time I went there I ordered a small Watermelon Colada and a small pineapple Colada same thing pure ice right now I'm driving around with a cup full of ice and no flavor. They need better training. They sound bored taking orders

This Dunkin Donuts is right near my house so I just go here for convince. But they NEVER get my order right. Even just a black coffee they put milk in it!! I just left there and asked for a blueberry muffin and they gave me pumpkin! It is so annoying and dangerous. What if I have an allergy to a food they give me and go into anaphylaxis. Obviously it's a management issue.
