Hardee's

I seriously mean it when I say that the people who work here are some of the nicest people on the planet. The wait can be a bit long if they are short staffed, but it never bothers me. The food is fine, but it is made so much better when the people serving it are so incredibly kind. Ive never had a bad experience here, ever. If you are alright with maybe waiting a little bit, it is absolutely worth it. I never leave without a big smile on my face.

I love hardee's and wish there were more around. I've been here multiple times now, and it seems that no matter my order I'm looking at a 10 minute wait for my food. My fries are generally soggy or cold while my burger is hot. This last time the crew at the store were spending more time goofing off than maintaining the store. Every table was dirty, the bathrooms were both a mess with a mildewy odor and the restaurant floor was gross. The food is actually evenly cooked today and delicious which was a saving grace, but this store needs a leader to step up and get things done rather than the 20-somethings they have there now.

Sitting in the drive through waiting ten minutes for them to take order and then i had to yell into the speaker to get someone to actually take my order. Then sat there ten minutes to get the food and the fries weren't even hot!!! Guess i should have followed the other customers who left the drive through because of the wait!

Total disrespect for waiting customers. Plus no sense of urgency for next customer in line. One ticket at a time. Manager was the same as employees. Didnt even jump in to help get customers taken care of. Last but not least, the monster burger was totally awful!!! French fries were cold. It took me 13 minutes to be recognized and another 8 minutes to get my crappie food. Never going back!!!!!!!! Rediculas not what I was wanting or expected. Thanks for asking me!!!

The service was friendly. But I ordered a double Loaded omelette biscuit and a sausage and cheese croissant and it was kinda gross. I'm not a picky person so I ate them but the sausage was greenish looking and the egg was florescent yellow. Also the croissant itself was extremely thin and looked like a pieceof paper. Maybe they have better burgers tho. And the taste was not too bad it was OK.
