Order a simple meal online, big tasty meal from the app. When it arrived I only received chips and my drink. When I rang the store they said they couldn't help and I should complain online. There is no where to state on the app you a missing items. Proper joke

Visited 13th Dec 2025. Order was wrong. Chicken burger tasted and smelt like disinfectant and fries where cold. Too interested in serving the drive through. If I could give this place a minus score I would.

I was there at night, and I mean it was total chaos, all the employees were busy with something else, no one was available to take my order! and to top it all off, the employees don't follow hygiene rules, someone came from the warehouse with a mop to wash the floor and the girl washed her hands and started preparing the food

Placed an order with a manager. Stood waiting for food. The restaurant was empty which is clear on camera. I asked for my food and he made me wait even longer. He wouldn’t give me he’s 1st name to write this review. Can you check your cctv footage so he could improve your services.
