The Arc

Great food and drinks. On the other side the staff was not good, I felt even a bit disrespected by the girl who’s was the host. I’ve worked in hospitality for 10 years and she was so stressed out, no empathic when chatting with us and very rude, which I don’t understand why since the venue wasn’t even that busy. don’t think I will be coming back due to the lack of hospitality from her and some of the waiters as well. Quite sad writing this post cause it’s the first time that I do this but I think it’s necessary for them to realise to treat their customer with more respect.

We’re currently visiting from Tassie and we were checking out Nobbys. We were greeted with a warm smile and a very warm welcome. Amalia was lovely and explained the menu thoroughly. The food was awesome and the customer service exceptional. We highly recommend this place. Bargain Pizzas for $10 and Tap beers on specials. Thank you Arc we’ll be back ❤️

Unfortunately, this place has lost its appeal. It used to be a great place to go for lunch/dinner and some drinks but the place has gone down hill. We went for dinner with a group of friends and the food was terrible. It was a busy night and the staff were busy so didn't want to say anything but feel compelled to give constructive feedback because this place could be improved again with a decent menu which offers plenty of gluten free and/or vegan, vegetarian options etc. But also better care and preparing the food. I felt ill after eating and when I woke up the next morning. It was like it wasn't sitting well at all. Sorry guys but hopefully this can help you improve your offerings! x
