Pollo Tropical

Ridiculous! Place an order for two tropi chops have waited more than 30 minutes to receive my food. All I see is the staff walking back-and-forth but no food coming out. I was not the only one that has been waiting for a very long time and when you ask the manager all they say is the food coming out now. Everyone in this picture has been waiting forever.

Placed order online at 7pm, showed up at 8pm, food was still not ready. Stood around for another 30 minutes. Asked to cancel my order and for a refund. Asking for a refund seemed to be an impossible task. Rude employees. I used to work in fast food, I try to be understanding, I don’t make a fuss. Worst food service I’ve had in my entire life. I ordered here once before and had an awful experience. Can’t believe I decided to give them a second chance.

This store is on Doral NW 41street. Unfortunately the inside ordering process is very slow. Four employees working at the slowest speed possible. The filling of the orders took waiting 40 minutes yet there were only two other persons besides me. Manager nowhere in site. I have eaten in multiple Pollo Tropical and never been this disorganized.

This is my second time at this Pollo Tropical! The first time I ordered online for pickup,when I got to the store my food didn't get made until I was there after waiting like 20 minutes! I am here now (2/26) the wait time is HORRIBLE! Worst experience ever! I work in the shopping center and have been waiting over 30 minutes! This is ridiculous I need to get back to work! I won't be coming back after today!

This is the worst place to go eat lunch. The staff when asked about there order taking more then 1/2 hour they look at you like your stupid then laugh amongst them self cause they walked away from you. Very un professional management just glowns around with staff instead of running this profitable business which will fall if corporate doesn't evaluate the management and non speaking staff who have shown nothing but additive towards you like we did something. My recommendation Burger King or Mc Donald if you really want timely lunch no star from me. Do not come here you will regret it.
