Just a normal dunkin donuts inside the gas station nothing fancy nothing crazy. There is no sit down area that I saw you just pick up and leave. There is a bitcoin ATM for any crypto lovers inside the gas station.

If I was a cursing person I would..this is why businesses fail...the customer service is HORRIBLE here...no regard for customers and customer service. The girl behind the counter kept talking to her friend and ignoring the line and her friend after awhile had to go back to work so she broke the conversation and allowed the dukin worker to go back to work and attend to the line...

The front of the house employee wasn't customer oriented. It seemed that he didn't know where items were and how to do some of the coffees.

It's a good location. They were not busy during my visit and I got my order in less than 5 minutes. The guy who works there was helpful and friendly. Easy parking since it is a gas station.

This man gave me 7 pieces of bacon instead of 8. I knew I was long on bacon, plus it took him wayy to long for him to give me those bacon by the time the cooking was done.

For some reason, this DD has better coffee than the other 2 located nearby. The only issues I have are: it's part of a gas station so there is no drive through; you need to park and walk in. And second, they don't always have the same variety of donuts you would expect in your typical larger DDs.

Normally, I receive good food and good service from this Dunkin’ Donuts but this morning, the young man, the barista filling orders (not Edwin - he was good) REFUSED to make my coffee and served everyone who was in line after me. When I asked why didn’t he make my coffee, he remained silent and Edwin (who did fill my order deliciously) simply stated I don’t know. No apology was offered. This type of behavior is unacceptable and is not good customer service. All paying customers deserve good, fair, timely service. If I treated a customer in this manner, I would be reprimanded or fired. What do you think should happen to him?
