Papa Johns Pizza

Place is always busy but the pizzas are always fresh and ready on time. Donovan is great, has lots of patience, & will make sure you get what you want. Great kid and establishment that take the time to build your pizza and ingredients how you like. (Seems family owned bc its always the same people and staff)

They are your regular local pizza place, but remember there’s always those times you get delayed orders or wrong orders. However most if not all pizza places make their mistakes here and there, the only difference is that this papa johns is pretty solid and it’s been here for years. I recommend for convenience

Worst Papa John’s location in all of Miami. Would give zero stars if possible. Do not order from here. Submitted an order online and after an hour or waiting, tried to call the location multiple times with no response. We called HQ customer service and they also could not get ahold of the location. After 2.5 hours the pizza was delivered, and when opening the box, the pizza had clearly been dropped on the ground by the delivery agent. Tried calling the store again multiple times in order to get a refund, and still no response. We have escalated to customer service and they again tried to get ahold of the location and they are unable to. Don’t waste your time.

It's May 29th. I ordered my pizza 2 hours ago And the tracker says it's still being made. The only way to cancel is to call but nobody picks up ... Correction they pick up and immediately put you on hold and after you wait for 5 minutes they hang up on you. So I'm going to go to sleep and the delivery driver is going to be very disappointed when nobody answers that door. So much time, energy and money wasted when all they had to do was pick up the phone.

The customer service here is pathetic. I waited close to 2 hours for my pizza to be delivered and they forget the coke. I contacted the store and they told me they’d credit me back the $3 for the coke. I told them I don’t want credit that I wanted the soda so they passed me to there Manager Sebastian. What a waste of time. Instead of making my soda a priority he tell’s me I’ll receive it in 1-2 hours. This is the 2nd time in a month that they mess up my order. Last time ordering from this location. Ran poorly.
