I needed to make an appointment with my primary care and I couldn’t be more pleased with the superior customer service skills I had received by Miss Terrell H. She was very personable and showed much care for my urgency in booking an appt and with a delight surprise I was booked in the same week to go and see my doctor. Thank you Terrell H. for making Cano Health a better place and for making my overall experience a very pleasant one.

Cano Health in West Miami was highly recommended. My relationship with dentists is a long one so I am always skeptical. The Doctors and staff at the West Miami office did not disappoint. Camilo called me to confirm my appointment it was not a random text as many offices are now doing. I was happy to speak to him as he was kind and professional. Upon my arrival, I met with Camilo in person and Yani. I filled out my new patient forms. I than met with the office manager Arelys as she would be helping with my treatment plan and payments. Arelys is what every office manager should be, she is warm and welcoming. She will make sure that the treatment plan can be completed according to your budget and timelines. I met with Dr. Carballo he was kind, professional and he understood the treatment that I would need (implants). Johana and Daylin both assisted with x-rays. After my exam and x-rays I met again with Arelys and we agreed on my treatment plan. I was so excited as the timing to complete the work and the cost exceeded my expectations. My second visit I met with Dr. Gonzalez . Dr. Gonzalez was kind, professional and very knowledgeable, as Dr. Carballo was. Once again I was so pleased. For once, I know that the work that I need will be done by top notch professionals. I highly recommend the dentists and staff at Cano Health - West Miami.
