Update: The problem was with uber eats. I've gone in person and not had any issues. This is some of the best cheesesteak in the world and you gotta try it.
Old review: Best cheese steak I've ever had but they can't figure out how to deliver food that isn't cold. The restaurant refused to answer my phone call and corporate refused to help. Incompetence of a high caliber.
