I haven’t been to steak and shake in years. I decided to drop in, My drive thru experience tonight 11/17/2023 was great. My food was hot and “fresh” I had the Frisco burger which is basically a grilled cheese melt with a special sauce, whoever was on the grill made that to perfection! the Nutella shake was good.The person taking my order was super polite and patient, the name on the receipt says Kenia. I saw that she took special care with handling my food and I appreciate that! In todays society, That kind of customer service should be acknowledged by management with a raise. Kudos to Kenia! Thank you!

The food here is so delicious especially their milkshakes. One thing I do have to say is that they are a little slow in their service and it can take some time to get your food especially in the drive through but if you want to have a good meal I recommend to you to stop by.

Great fast-food restaurant. The burgers, fries, and shakes were very good. They put McDonalds, wendys, and Burger King to shame. My wife loved the place, too. We had a delicious meal for $26. Will definitely be back for more. I wish there was one closer to my house.

The food was good. It took a little time for it to come out, but I actually like it because I knew my food came out fresh. My only thing is the lack of customer service availability. There was no one to talk for questions because everything is automated. That's how you lose customers because there is nobody there to talk to or take your order. When I go to a restaurant I want to place my order with a person not a machine. I want to have that burger/diner experience.

Great place for burgers. Made to order. The shakes are superb and have lots of choices. Be prepared to order your meal via a computer. No more human interaction there.

The burgers are very tasty, great burgers. The fries kind of taste like they come from a package pre made, not very good. The shakes are excellent with lots of awesome choices. No table service but they keep the place clean with a variety of seating types and arrangements. The floor is very slippery, I slide around with sneakers on every visit for some reason.

The best fast food place! Shakes, steak burgers, and fries are AMAZING & DELICIOUS! The chili was soooo good.
I wish there was a Steak'n Shake closer to my house.
The food takes a little longer, but IT IS WORTH IT!
Plenty of parking in the shopping center. The staff is super friendly. They also have some benches to eat outside.

Went to the drive-thru today and had a great experience. Ordered two burgers, fries, and a banana shake.
They made the fries fresh for me and they tasted really crispy. I love the Frisco sauce to dip them in.
The banana shake was nice and thick with whipped cream and a cherry on top. Providing a long spoon and straw is a nice touch.
The burgers had really fresh toppings, like lettuce, tomato, and onion. The beef was perfectly cooked. Excellent flavor.

By far, the best steak n shake in the state. Staff/management was amazing. Claw machine took my dollar but manager Odilis was really quick to return it to me without an issue. Server Cookie was absolutely amazing!
