Honestly this is the best cortadito i have tried at south beach.. food was ok as well..find it hard to order as none of them speak English, the rest is fine , saw many locals and people working around there too

Quick small spot to grab a sandwich, sub, empanadas, and other great food after a tour. Reasonably priced. You know it’s good when the place is packed with Latinos. Give these folks a try.

I went there randomly on my first day in South Beach, and was back every day after. I got take away to eat on the plane on my way home. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, everything was great

South Beach Munchies is a hole in the wall eatery in the best way possible. They have a little inside seating and more outdoor seating. They also do a brisk to-go business.
We had the ropa vieja, fried plantains and rice. Excellent! We split this along with some Cuban-style empanadas and an arepa con queso. The empanadas were solid but not outstanding. The arepa was not too sweet, which we liked. Definitely will consider going back if we're in the area again!

Just ate the best meal of our vacation so far at munchies! The employees were kind and happy to be there. Yani specifically took great care of us and the food was so fresh and flavorful. I ordered the beef fajitas and didn’t expect them to be so good. It was such a satisfying meal- definitely give this a try if you are in south beach! You will not regret it.
