Been a customer at this location for almost 2 decades,but the quality has gotten worse over time,the food taste bland and quality has suffered a lot I ordered a tray of 25 meat pasties but come to find out there is little to No! meat in the pastries just baked flour,my Croqueta Preparada Sandwich tasted horrible,I hate to say it but after almost 20yrs,I will not longer be a customer at this location.After being let down countless times.Hope this review helps anyone inquiring whether to eat here or not.YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!!!

Went into this vickys this morning because I had some time to spare before work. Why else would anyone go into vickys in the morning knowing how busy they get. Reason why I am saying this is so that you can ignore bad reviews about wait time. I seen 4 people there 2 of them in training. It was obvious. If you decided to stay and wait while noticing that, that was a personal choice. I've worked in the food industry most of my life and I'd give anything to have those two woman working for me that were training those other woman. Even while having people get frustrated with them they kept a smile on their face a worked hard. I rather have someone like that preparing my food anyway. I feel I needed to leave this review because I know there were a few people in there less than happy. Gold for all of them in there

Today, I went to the store in Miami Lakes. I ordered and repeated more than twice my order. The receipt was correct, but not my order. I was missing an item and the sandwich was not what I asked for. The empanadas were wrong too. Why can't they look at the receipt and give you the right order? I'm not going back, and the Miami Lakes store was my favorite.

My favorite all time bakery in Miami Lakes/Hialeah area. I visit the bakery often and every time, I have visited and pay with Credit Card the person charging me asked me, if I wanted to leave a tip. It is a bit embarrassing and feels forced when, I am asked this in front of a packed bakery. If, I don't tip, I will look cheap in front of 20 other people! It has become a habit to do this now and it wasn't asked publicly beforehand of customers in the past. I can't be tipping everytime, I go in to purchase a coffee and pastelitos. This seems to be a problem everywhere, I go!

I’ve been coming here for years and unfortunately the last few times my experience has been less than satisfactory. Today, after ordering an order of croquettes, we opened them to be burnt on the outside and completely cold on the inside. After going back, they simply stuck them in the microwave and gave them back the same way we gave it to them.
