Subway

Visit 1:Solid subway that isn't very stingy with vegetables. Staff was nice but a little slow. They need more staff to handle their lunch rush but all in all this location was par for downtown locations. Visit 2: Ordered 2 subs online and arrived at the restaurant 2 minutes after the app said they where done. Not only where they not done, but they hadn't even started on them. I watched as they where made incorrectly after getting to the front of the line. I walked home with my garbage sandwich for me and my boss.

Been here twice week and it's been a great, cost effective lunch. Employees worked fast and efficient and very generous with portions compared to most. I eat subway very often, all over the country each month and I was really impressed. I think these bad reviews are local, typical, south beachers.

I have never been to a Subway that is so horrible. The workers were extremely rude & without provocation. I placed an online order & when I came in the lady did not acknowledge me. After I told her I had an online order she continued to prep vegetables for a couple of minutes. My food was not pleasing. The bread was stall & so tough. I have never experienced this at another Subway. This place should close early if they can’t meet demands.

I have to agree with other reviewers that this is easily the worst subway I have ever been to. I came here several times last week when I had family visiting just to grab something quick midday or something simple late night. The first evening, there was only one girl who was so rude and non communicative, and she shorted us meatballs on a sub that was split (7 instead of the usual 8). The following day was better, same meatball sub, same split, and all ok… but soooo slow. The following day, I waited so long that other people in line just dropped out and left. Two employees making minimal food, but I swear I had to have waited at least 20 min with only two people they actually served in front of me. My last and final visit has officially made this place one I will never return to. A young guy handled my food after handling money, no hand sanitizer and no gloves. It was pulling teeth to work with him just on getting the correct number of meatballs (shorted again) and he refused to put cheese or sauce on top. I think I was just in shock when I paid at how bad this place is - because I clearly shouldn’t have paid and just left. When I arrived home, I ate the few meatballs, but threw the dirty bread that was handled with bare hands in the trash. This place should legit be shut down because this is clearly a health hazard.

7/1/22 in between 10-10:30pm. The lady who was working during that time seriously has to stop serving people. I simply asked to toast bread and cheese before adding anything else, and she rolled her eyes as if she had to load the truck! And guess what, she started toasting that poor piece of bread without any cheese on it. The whole time she was spreading tuna she made sure I saw she was doing me a favor. Once she was done, she threw the sandwich to the other person to prep, left the area, helped herself with a fountain drink and sat behind the line with judging and disgusted look. I have never been disrespected like that. I used to work in F&B industry and know how tough it might get. But this was beyond my understanding.

Absolutely Horrible. Wednesday 12/08/21. The nasty animal making the sandwiches that night, yes I’m calling her animal because I’m being nice but that’s an insult to animals. What a horrible and miserable human being. Who ever hired this person pretty much wanted their business to fail. I have never experienced such rudeness in my life she was mad and rude because I showed up 45 minutes before closing. I ordered 3 out of the 5 sandwiches because they all had different toppings . She rudely complain that I only ordered 3 out of the 5 and urged me to give her the whole order because she was closing. From the minute I walked in, her demeanor and behavior made it obviously she hates the job. She takes her misery on the costumers. Wrong!! Go get another job that doesn’t require you interacting with humanity. If the person making your food can’t afford a belt or doesn’t know the proper way to wear pants just imagine how much they care about making your food. Definitely calling corporate.
