My family ate there yesterday afternoon, and the service was GREAT, . The lady (Kendra Monroe) that took our order was very professional . The chicken was very good and hot. Kendra also came to our table checking on us . We will return to this KFC great job Kendra. Thank you Robert and Betty

Food was good as all KFC food always is. Server was polite. I asked for a "dine in" plate and got a to-go box instead....with no fork or spoon in it. None available either. Had to get in line to ask for one. Had to listen to another customer complain about his order being wrong. He held up the line for 10 minutes. Still don't know why it was such a big deal that they gave him a taco when he ordered something else. Gee whiz, man. Eat the taco and move on.

This place is just like any other fast food establishment coming out of the pandemic “short o help” but the staff they do have is first class food is good better than what I would expect from this chain was worth the slightly longer than normal wait for fast food.

For about the 5th time in the last year I have ordered original recipe from this location. It is very bland chicken and does not have 11 herbs and spices in it. It is plain old pressure cooked chicken and very greasy. You cannot get a district manager to contact youand if you call the number on the receipt for a survey they promise you refunds and/or coupons which never come in the mail. Please close down this location and put in a Popeye's so we can have some decent chicken in Metter ,Georgia

Inconsistent food preparation. Sometimes not even the combination that you asked for. Taco bell is also at this location and they don't know how to make a burrito that's been on the menu from it's first day of existence. Most likely you will not be able to go in and wash your hands either.

My colleague waited nearly 50 minutes for his food.... The chicken was very greasy when eaten. All in all: This KFC-Taco Bell combo location formula keeps being a problem from a customer service standpoint, as the staff seems like they don’t know what they are doing.
I now know not to come back to this location until their customer service improves exponentially.

Food is fine. It's the lack of friendliness. They barley speak and if you request hot sauce they act like it's an imposition.
