Dunkin'

Poor service. cashier said didn't know what kind of muffins they had, I told him to give me any and he answered backed rudely to me : "wich one I don't know what kind of muffin we have".I mean for real,and walked out the counter like he was going to hit me, he didn' t give me anything , he just answered:" is that all". I had to leave peacefully. I've never been treated like this .never going to Dukin Donuts again. It happened today (2/28/22) 2pm

i go into this dunkins all the time some kid there the only one with a black shirt puts that whole store on his back while the manager is very rude she loves to gaslight and embarrass new employees in front of customers making them look stupid in front of others other then that the kids really try there beat

This is the worst Dunking Donuts ever!!! They always mess your order. You order a hummus toast, they give avocado toast. You order ice coffee, they give you hot coffee, and thats being lucky because other times they just dont give you what you order. Even my daughter who is 4 year old, doesn’t like going there because they dont give her what she orders!

A young woman whom I had never seen before (I am a regular customer) handed me my large coffee and a donut and when I came home and picked up the coffee from my cupholder the cap popped off and the hot coffee spilled all over me and my car. Those caps have to be secured by pushing down all around the top and not on just one spot. The lack of training that the employees get is appalling. They struggle with the containers, they can't make change, and they have no idea how to communicate with people. They often greet people as "dude" or "hey" or "honey" and those are all inappropriate and ignorant ways to greet people. Starbucks is where I will shop in the future....it's worth the wait in line not to get scalded.
